Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of RN experience.
• Associate Of Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse: TX licensure required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and notify changes requiring attention.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and studies; report changes to the team.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide clear bedside handoffs and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe work environment.
