Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week PACU assignment in an outpatient surgical unit. You will admit and discharge patients, perform post-anesthesia care, and provide comprehensive bedside assessments and education. Strong IV skills, clear communication, and multitasking are essential, with ability to take call in a rural outpatient setting.

The unit serves patients 16+ in a 17-patient daily capacity. Travel readiness and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of Same Day Surgery, PACU, or ICU experience.
• Experience in admitting and discharging patients.

Responsibilities

• Admit and discharge surgical patients in outpatient unit.
• Perform Phase I and Phase II post-anesthesia care.
• Conduct nursing assessments and patient education.
• Demonstrate strong IV skills and patient safety.
• Coordinate with OR and surgical team for patient flow.
