Job summary

Baptist Health in Boynton Beach is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the PACU. You will deliver patient-family centered care in a fast-paced post-anesthesia environment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Requires ER/CCU experience and valid RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Full-time schedule 6:30A-7:00P with on-call responsibilities; PACU experience at Bethesda campuses is preferred and a commitment to ongoing learning is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Bachelors degree in Nursing are required.
• RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
• Minimum 1 year ER or CCU experience; PACU experience preferred.
• Candidates must be able to report within 30 minutes of call.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the PACU setting.
• Assess and monitor post-anesthesia patients and respond to needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to plan and deliver care.
• Maintain safety, quality and documentation per standards.
