Qualifikationen

• CNA Certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Provides quality nursing care per individualized care plan and supports care planning.
• Attends to daily living activities, transfers, feeding, and hygiene needs.
• Maintains comfort, privacy and dignity; communicates compassionately.
• Reports changes in patient condition to licensed staff promptly.
• Records care in the EMR per hospital policies.
• Performs vital signs, glucometer checks, and specimen collection.
• Lifts/moves/transports patients using proper body mechanics.
• Follows safety and infection control procedures diligently.
• Responds to call lights promptly and professionally.
