Job description

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, proactively communicating across the continuum of care.
