Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a PACT nurse to provide symptom and medication assessment within a community-based mental health program. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, MHCP, hospitals, clients, and families to coordinate comprehensive care.

The role involves medication administration, refills, and ensuring access to medications while maintaining detailed client records. Weekend/holiday shifts and community outreach are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the state of Washington.
• Experience in community mental health and medication management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide symptom and medication assessment and management.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, MHCP, hospitals, and family.
• Administer medications and ensure timely refills.
• Develop care plans and document in charting.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts.
