Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in human services or related field.
• Current valid Colorado Driver’s License required.
• Two years of experience in human services preferred.
• Six months of crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Certifications or licensing in addictions (CAT, CAS, or LAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessment and crisis intervention in the field.
• De-escalate client situations and coordinate follow-up with law enforcement and community agencies.
• Maintain treatment plans, documentation, and clinical charts.
