Job summary

CPC Behavioral Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician I to join our PACT team in Redbank, NJ. This community-based role provides biopsychosocial assessments and direct therapy to adults with serious mental illness, coordinated with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family interventions, daily living support, advocacy, and emergency responses. Requires a Master's with LSW/LAC and NJ license, plus 2 years post-degree experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and LSW or LAC licensure.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license.
• 2 years post-bachelor's experience with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PACT team members, consumers, families, and providers.
• Complete culturally sensitive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family interventions per recovery plan.
• Assess psychoeducational needs of consumers and families.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping and housing.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Help consumers with housing, employment, and education choices.
• Advocate for consumers with employers, landlords, and others.
• Adhere to agency policies and training requirements.
