Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in PACS administration or imaging technology systems leadership.
• Certification in PACS Administration (CIIP), Cerner EMR, or Health IT systems preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a clinical, imaging, or healthcare IT environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of radiology imaging systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between PACS, EMR platforms, and other clinical applications.
• Serve as a key liaison among radiologists, technologists, clinical teams, IT, and external vendors.

Skills

Understanding of radiology workflows, imaging modalities, and medical terminology

Expertise with DICOM, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to complex IT systems

Knowledge of networking concepts, server infrastructure, and cloud-based PACS solutions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Radiologic Technology, or related field
