Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a PACS Administrator to supervise imaging informatics systems, ensuring compliant operation of imaging orders, results, billing, and reporting. The role requires collaboration with IT, HIM, and clinical staff to maintain policy, procedure, and training across the imaging division.

The candidate will lead development and continuous review of imaging informatics, align with accreditation standards (ACR, FDA, Joint Commission, CMS), and manage interfaces

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program preferred.
• Associate's Degree in Radiology, IT, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Experience with imaging informatics systems and regulatory standards recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging informatics systems to support imaging operations and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and review policies for Imaging Informatics.
• Train imaging staff and serve as liaison among imaging, IT, billing, and other departments.
• Ensure accreditation standards (ACR, FDA, Joint Commission, CMS) are met.
• Troubleshoot imaging RIS hardware, software, and interfaces.
