Job summary

Capital Technology Group is seeking a Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) Engineer to design and lead scalable, secure, mission-driven technical solutions supporting federal modernization initiatives. You will support PACS across field sites, administer Gallagher and CCURE, manage Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure, and provide hands-on field-site technical support.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Gallagher and/or CCURE PACS.
Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server.
Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity.
Experience supporting deployments, maintenance, or automation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain PACS across field sites.
Administer and troubleshoot Gallagher and CCURE PACS platforms.
Manage supporting Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure.
Provide field-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance.
Troubleshoot on-site hardware issues in coordination with the ePACS team.
Support ePACS database infrastructure and field-site connectivity.
Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
