Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking a Radiology PACS Coordinator to support the hospital's PACS/RIS system and imaging workflows on a full-time basis. As an essential member of the Imaging Services Team, you will handle clerical tasks, coordinate system operations, and participate in quality improvement activities to ensure accurate imaging records and efficient patient care.

The role requires at least 1 year of clerical experience and familiarity with HIS/RIS/V RIS; supervisory

Responsibilities

As an important member of the Imaging Services Team, the Radiology PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System) Coordinator role is to perform all related activities for supporting the hospital PACS/ RIS system. Participates in QI/QC activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year clerical experience or receptionist experience.
• 1 year experience in Hospital Information Services (HIS)/Radiology Information System (RIS) and Vascular Radiology Information Systems (VRIS) preferred.
• Knowledge of terminology of Radiology tests preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred
