Qualifications

  • 4-5 or more years of technical experience in radiological hospital information systems.
  • At least 2 years of Radiological Technology experience, preferably specializing in a digital modality such as CT or MRI.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and technical support to Radiology and Cardiology Medical Systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining maximum uptime of systems.

Skills

Job Description:

Provides clinical and technical support to Radiology (Diagnostic Imaging) and Cardiology (GE) Medical Systems PACS environments, and Radiology Management System (RMS). The system administrator will be responsible for maintaining maximum uptime and system

Qualifications
Education:

Associates Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Clinical Engineering or Information Systems (work experience or professional certification may be substituted)

Experience:

4-5 or more years of technical experience in radiological hospital information systems with at least 2 years of Radiological Technology experience, preferably specializing in a digital modality such as CT or MRI and/or experience with PACS.

Technical Skills:

Computer proficiency with basic windows applications including Office applications and email

License/Certification:

ARRT Preferred

Other:

Familiarity with clinical terminology and understanding of clinical practice
