Job summary

My Company is seeking a remote PACS Technical Support Representative L1 to deliver contact-center style support for PACS Synapse workflows and clinical data transfer protocols. This six-month contract-to-perm position requires clear communication and strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a trade school certification or a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, plus working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and Oracle.

• Understanding of medical informatics architecture including VMware and storage solutions.

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position with hourly compensation of USD 22.00 - 26.00.
