Overview

Role: PACS Admin/Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah. Remote candidates can work from anywhere in the US. Must work Mountain Time.

Duration: 8 months

Responsibilities
  • Managing on-call support, applications service and maintenance requests, and detailed tracking of all work and actions within the ServiceNow ITSM system.
  • Contacting and working directly with physicians and clinical staff customers, other members of Radiology IT and central IT.
  • Perform duties as assigned by the manager and in-line with the HIT analyst and PACS administrator role.
  • Attend and set up meetings as necessary to meet customers’ needs and deliver on duties as part of the Radiology IT team.
  • Maintain standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Mountain Time.
  • Work virtually on a full-time basis and be self-motivated; on-site travel is likely to be minimal.
  • Support knowledge with Philips IntelliSpace PACS, PowerScribe 360, and Windows 11; additional experience with PowerScribe One and ServiceNow is desirable but not required.
