Qualifications

• PACP certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating CCTV pipeline inspection equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work in varying weather and site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV inspection equipment to assess underground pipelines.
• Inspect sanitary sewer and stormwater systems per PACP standards.
• Code pipeline defects using PACP guidelines and input data into inspection software.
• Review CCTV footage to identify defects and plan interventions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with video logs and recommendations.
• Coordinate with construction crews, engineers and project managers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols including confined space procedures when applicable.
• Assist with pipeline cleaning activities prior to inspection when required.
