SERVPRO – Annapolis, MD is hiring a dependable Packout Technician for our Contents and Packout team. This hands-on role involves packing, moving, cleaning, and returning customers' belongings after losses, with overtime opportunities and paid training.

Previous restoration, moving, warehouse, cleaning, or construction experience is helpful, but we will train the right person. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pack and protect customers' belongings following water, fire, and other damage.

• Inventory, photograph, label, and document items before removal.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport contents between properties, facility, and storage locations.
• Assist with cleaning and restoration of salvageable contents.
• Organize and maintain customer contents in storage.
• Assist with packbacks and returning belongings to homes or businesses.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $19–$23 per hour + overtime opportunities

Position Overview

SERVPRO is looking for a dependable, hard-working Packout Technician to join our Contents and Packout team.

Our Packout team helps customers after fires, water damage, and other property losses by carefully packing, moving, cleaning, storing, and returning their personal belongings.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with a team, staying active, solving problems, and helping customers during difficult situations.

Previous restoration, moving, warehouse, cleaning, or construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Pack and protect customers' personal belongings following water, fire, and other property damage
• Carefully move furniture, boxes, electronics, artwork, and household contents
• Inventory, photograph, label, and document items before they are removed from a property
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport contents between customer properties, our facility, and storage locations
• Assist with cleaning and restoration of salvageable contents
• Organize and maintain customer contents while in storage
• Assist with packbacks and return customers' belongings to their homes or businesses
• Help set up and break down jobs efficiently
• Protect customers' homes and belongings while working
• Maintain clean and organized trucks, equipment, warehouse, and work areas
• Follow company procedures for handling fragile, valuable, or specialty items
• Communicate professionally with customers and other team members
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
• Help the team complete jobs efficiently and with a high level of care
• Be available for overtime when workload and emergency jobs require it
