Packout Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA, US Position: Packout Supervisor We are seeking a reliable and honest individual to join us as a Packout Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA. Responsibilities: • Manage all operations related to contents and specialty contents, including packing, cleaning, storage, and replacements • Supervise project management for claims • Collaborate with the estimator to create precise and timely estimates • Handle inventory, boxing, and packing of contents affected by water, smoke, or soot damage from customers' homes • Clean, inventory, and pack contents diligently for safe return to customers' homes post-cleaning • Identify and document items that are unable to be cleaned or salvaged • Engage in physical tasks such as lifting objects weighing between 50-75 lbs Qualifications: • A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are required for the position of Packout Supervisor in Kennesaw, GA, US. • Successful completion of a Background and Drug screening is mandatory • Familiarity or experience with Xactimate or Symbility is a plus • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential for this role • Previous knowledge and experience in residential construction and general cleaning are preferred qualifications
