S&F Corporation is seeking a reliable Packing & Warehouse Helper in Woodbury, Minnesota. The role supports daily packing and warehouse operations with Thursday and Friday shifts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Hours may change based on workload.

Qualifications

• Read, write and understand basic English. Should be dependable, organized, able to follow instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting boxes; accuracy and teamwork are essential.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Pick and package products according to daily pick list and shipping procedures.
• Keep shelves clean, stocked and organized; replenish from overstock as needed.
• Move products to overstock locations and assist labeling, sorting, putting away merchandise.
• Help unload trucks and containers; move boxes safely following safety procedures.
• Keep packing stations, aisles, and warehouse clean; dispose of packing materials; keep areas free of hazards.

Job Description

The packing & warehouse helper supports daily packing and warehouse operations.

Thursday and Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Hours subject to change based on work load.

Key Responsabilities

• 1 - Picking and packing orders - Pick and package products according to daily pick list and established shipping procedures.
• 2 - Pickshelf and Overstock organization - Keep shelves clean, properly stocked and organized. Replentish pick shelves from overstock as needed.
• 3 - Overstock - Move products to appropriate overstock locations. Follow designated inventory locations and warehouse organizational procedures. Assist in labeling, sorting and putting away merchandise as needed.
• 4 - Truck and Container unloading - Assist warehouse team with unloading trucks and containers. Move boxes safely to designated areas. Follow workplace lifting and safety procedures.
• 5 - Housekeeping and Warehouse Maintenance - Keep packing stations, aisles, pick shelves and warehouse clean and organized. Break down and dispose of empty cartons and packing materials. Keep work areas clear of unnecessary item or safety hazards.

This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching and lifting boxes throughout the workday. Accuracy,Teamwork and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are important parts of this position.
