Grafix is seeking a dependable Packaging & Production Associate for a first-shift role. You will assemble, package, inspect, label, and prepare products for inventory and customer shipment, with a 7 am–3:30 pm Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining accurate production records. A safe, clean work environment and teamwork are essential parts of the role.

Join Our Team!

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Packaging & Production Associate to join our production team. In this hands‑on role, you will assemble, package, inspect, label, and prepare products for inventory and customer shipment. Shift is 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Operate shrink wrap machines, L-bar sealers, and heat tunnels to package products safely and efficiently.

• Assemble product kits, cartons, and packaging components according to work instructions.

• Perform product assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection activities.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and identify defects or discrepancies.

• Prepare products for shipment and inventory storage.

• Apply shipping labels and product identification accurately.

• Complete packaging and production documentation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work on your feet for most of the shift.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds.

• Perform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.

• Work safely in a fast‑paced production environment.
