Job summary

American Cord & Webbing Co., Inc. in Rhode Island is seeking a Packing Operator to package material into boxes and prepare items for shipping. You will follow instructions to pack, operate a counting machine to verify quantities, remove damaged or defective material, and maintain accurate counts and paperwork.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold our quality policy to ensure customers receive correct, high-quality products. Previous packing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn how to use counting meters and change core sizes.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
