ARMOR-IIMAK is seeking a Packer Operator to join our team in Hebron, KY. You will be trained to operate packing equipment for thermal transfer ribbons and related materials, ensuring specifications are met for storage and shipment.

This role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and teamwork across multiple shifts to support production goals. Successful candidates demonstrate mechanical aptitude, the ability to learn procedures, and strong communication skills, with the physical capability to lift

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year applicable machine operation experience, mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures, specs and follow instructions.
• Views quality as a personal responsibility; fixes quality problems immediately and strives to prevent reoccurrences.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be trained as a Packer Operator and join a team to develop knowledge and troubleshooting skill set for equipment.
• Develop working knowledge and troubleshoot equipment while gaining responsibility for the Packing operation of thermal transfer printing ribbons to specifications for storage and shipment.
