Qualifications

• 2-5 years lead experience (preferably in a construction, warehouse or shop environment).
• At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• The ability to lift fifty pounds.
• Reliable transportation to commute to our shop in Tacoma on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in inspecting and packing completed parts.
• Participate in the process and be part of the team.
• Occasionally run the entire shift when Supervisor is absent.
