Responsibilities

• Lead packing operations by assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring packing standards are met.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper box and packing materials are used to prevent damage.
• Train and mentor Packing Associates, providing feedback and supporting their performance.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and coordinate restocking as needed to support workflow.
