Hydro is seeking a dedicated production associate in Gainesville, GA to operate within a 12-hour night shift (6 PM–6 AM). The role supports movement of aluminum extrusions, safe handling, and forklift-based material flow. Starting pay is $23.38 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift premium.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year in manufacturing. Training on mobile equipment is provided, and environment is non-climate-controlled.

• Must be able to successfully complete all required mobile equipment testing.
• Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsabilités

• Use bander to band material prior to moving material.
• Move empty racks to correct area.
• Complete forklift check sheets at beginning of each shift.

Starting Rate of pay: $23.38/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

The typical schedule is 12-hour continental nights 6 PM - 6 AM Shift hours may vary based on business needs

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

• Responsible for moving racks of aluminum extrusions.
• Responsible for properly and safely using bander to band material prior to moving material.
• Move empty racks to correct area.
• Complete forklift check sheets at beginning of each shift.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• Must be able to successfully complete all required mobile equipmenttesting.
• Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Recommend no more than 5.

• Minimum of 1 years manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis; have physical agility tosafely climb up and down on and off of forklift at a fast pace.
• Team player; ability to work as a team.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to prioritize needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Good verbal communicationsskills a plus.
