• Support the packing team by pulling, staging, organizing, and casing finished products.
• Count, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify date codes, weights, and packaging information against schedules.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
• Follow GMP, SQF, and USDA guidelines and report issues.

Job Duties

• Support the packing team by pulling, staging, organizing, and casing finished products
• Count, pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify date codes, weights, and packaging information against production schedules
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements
• Ensure pouches and packaging are properly sealed
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines
• Verify equipment is operating properly and report any issues
• Assist team members in completing daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Physical Capabilities

• Frequent lifting, packing, pulling, labeling, and organizing of products
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a production environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
