Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring a Picking & Packaging Warehouse Operator in Bowling Green, KY. The role requires accurately sorting packages, using RF scanners for stocking and put-away, and learning system functions such as inquiry, mass transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts run 6am–4:30pm or 6:30am–5pm, full-time, short-term temp.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in voice-driven picking, material handling, or distribution/shipping roles is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows applications required.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.
