Fischer Paper Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Packer to efficiently pack bags into boxes as they are produced and ensure quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with team members to drive efficiency on the production floor in a fast-paced facility. The role offers a night shift from 8:10 PM to 6:30 AM, 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with Fridays as needed, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Must follow food safety and manufacturing protocol.
• Strong dedication to consistent attendance and reliability.

The Production Packer is responsible for efficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring all quality standards are met or exceeded — delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality products to our customers. You’ll collaborate with team members to help drive efficiency on the production floor.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and Friday as needed.

Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:30 AM
