Job summary

Fischer Paper Products is seeking a Production Packer to efficiently pack bags into boxes as products come off the line, while meeting quality and food-safety standards. You will collaborate with team members to help drive efficiency on the production floor in a fast-paced, family‑oriented environment.

The role offers 10‑hour shifts (Mon–Thu, with Friday as needed) on night shift 8:10 PM–6:30 AM, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a modern facility that values

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Strong attendance and reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocol.

The Production Packer is responsible for efficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring all quality standards are met or exceeded — delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality products to our customers. You’ll collaborate with team members to help drive efficiency on the production floor.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and Friday as needed.

Night Shift: 8:10 PM – 6:30 AM
