You will receive products from manufacturing, assemble wooden skids, install panels and sound deadening, remove masking, and verify conformance to purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Preparation for Finish Paint: Receive products from manufacturing and perform finish preparation and wash up.
• Usage of hand and power tools to construct wooden skid for transport; install panels/accessories; sound deadening; prep surface for final finishing.
• Preparation of Product for Test: Receive products from paint booth and prepare for startup in test area; ensure complete and defect-free before release to test.
• Verify the job to the purchase order to ensure options and parts are available.
• Remove masking materials from prep ops, reassemble parts from painting ops, ensure products are clean and free of cosmetic defects.
• Fix necessary functional, safety, and identification labels to the product correctly.
• Outgoing Final Shipping: Receive product from test and prepare for shipment; verify cosmetic detail; inventory and prepare packing list data; package per domestic/international shipping specs; verify options and parts are available.
