Other Compensation Information:

Starting pay is $1.00 to $2.00 above pay range minimum depending on experience or applicable skill level.

Meal Differential: A $.50 per hour meal differential is paid to associates if there is not a cafeteria at or near the facility they work in.

Night Differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m.

Weekend Differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

Maximum Base Pay:

21.80

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Must be able to lift pans or cases with product above shoulder level frequently
3. Must be able to push or pull heavy equipment occasionally
4. Must demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
5. Must demonstrate safe working habits
6. Must be able to lift in excess of 20 pounds frequently
7. Must be able to learn and perform all positions
8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Must have good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
10. Must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
11. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
