NIGHT SHIFT - 7pm - 7am / Rolling Schedule - 2 DAYS ON and 2 DAYS OFF.

Starting Hourly Rate is $21 plus $2 Shift Differential!!

MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team in Millersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is: $20 per hour plus $2 Shift Differential for night shift. You must have at least one year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly, and/or Manufacturing. The Production Assembly Worker is responsible for various functions within their department, including:

• Ensuring commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping.

Requirements

Work in the warehouse requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling, as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work environment is a warehouse with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of similar work experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles.
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills, including fractions, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
