We create safe, quality products for our team members and offer competitive pay and benefits. Our facility operates six days a week, producing sausage crumbles and dry sausage.

The starting pay is $19.25/hour, with an additional $1.10/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Role Overview:

This entry-level, non-skilled packer labor position involves maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Packaging product at the established production rate.
• Palletizing/hand stacking finished products.
• Labeling and folding boxes.
• Operating various material handling equipment.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complying with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Participating in rotation of all positions, if applicable.
• Working overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to push/pull/lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Occasional wrist/hands gripping and flexing.
• Frequent reaching at high and low levels.
• Moving between production areas.
• Visually inspecting products.

Candidates previously employed by Tyson have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to three employment periods.
