Job summary

Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with packing, labeling, and readying bottles for shipment. You will handle boxes, inspect products, and help move materials on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities include labeling, boxing, scrap grinding, and stepping in as a warehouser as needed, with on-the-job training provided. Must lift 40 lbs and communicate in English. GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• High School Degree or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain empty boxes and prepare the box to receive the bottles.
• Apply labels on to the boxes for proper identification of the product.
• Inspect bottles in accordance with the defined quality standards.
• Remove full boxes from packing stand and seal accordingly.
• Grind all clean bottle scrap generated by the machines assigned to you.
• Step in as a Warehouser as needed.
