The Opportunity

This role is responsible for packaging finished products according to customer specifications while ensuring the highest standards of quality, food packaging safety, and compliance. The Packer Inspector plays a critical role in verifying product quality, preventing product mix-ups, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to job specifications and established quality standards.
• Follow line clearance, mix prevention, food packaging safety, quality, and GMP procedures throughout all packaging activities.
• Collaborate with operators, assistants, and other team members to support efficient production and maintain product quality.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify defects and verify product compliance with customer requirements.
• Complete required documentation and accurately record production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.
• Follow all workplace safety requirements and promptly report safety or quality concerns.
• Participate in training, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
