A leading packaging company in Monroe, Louisiana is looking for a team-oriented individual to safely pack quality products. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and some experience working in a team environment. Responsibilities include following safety policies, performing quality checks, and operating packing equipment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a team-work oriented environment a plus.
• Working knowledge of extrusion/converting equipment and process desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack a quality product.
• Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and ISO policies.
• Perform required quality checks and understand the quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies.
• Must pass electric pallet jack certification.
• Work in the Packing area and operate various equipment.

Ability to document quality and weight on bag check sheets
