Digital Room in Brooklyn, OH is hiring a Packer for our plant to prepare boxes, verify counts, and assemble products for shipping. You will create different box sizes, inspect for color and alignment, and ensure boxes are sealed properly.

The role requires good problem-solving, organization, English communication, and safe use of hand and power tools, with overtime as needed. A fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and benefits.

• Must have good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.

• Aware of safety hazards and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Create different sizes of boxes to have ready for the workload of the day.
• As jobs are moved from the cutting table, ensure quality and look for imperfections such as color and alignment.
• Count the specific product to ensure the box contains enough of the order.
• Ensure packed box is properly sealed for shipping.
• Report workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and free of safety hazards.
• Be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
• Perform any and all tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
