Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operate various equipment (i.e. mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools).
  2. Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper safety devices are in place (i.e. guarding) and notify supervisor or foreperson of any safety concerns.
  3. Perform basic set-up on equipment.
  4. Read and interpret various gauging equipment, ranging from digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
  5. Visually inspect work piece before and after machining for defects.
  6. Maintain all records on job assignments in a correct and timely manner, on paper as well as in the computer.
  7. Maintain Q.C. checks on the operation in process.
  8. Ensure that all scrap and waste material is disposed of properly.
  9. Dispose of all waste/scrap materials in proper containers.

Hourly Rate: $15.78

Shift: 3 PM to 11:30 PM

Shift Premium: $1 additional for working 2nd or 3rd Shift

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  3. Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required.
