Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a hardworking individual to join our Pulaski, TN packaging team. You will construct boxes and pack products, using manual methods or automated lines, while performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and freshness.

The role requires readiness to work weekends and holidays, with a high-energy, fast-paced environment throughout the shift. You will also participate in line changeovers, help maintain cleanliness, and support sanitation tasks to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and handle products throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack manually or with automated machines.
• Perform regular quality checks on packaged products.
• Set up lines during changeover periods to maintain workflow.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
