Qualifications

• Read and understand simple instructions.
• Perform basic arithmetic including addition and subtraction.
• Willingness to work overtime as required, including peak production periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Feed die-cut blanks into folder gluer machines to support safe, efficient production.
• Inspect cartons throughout the packing process to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
• Verify case counts with the quality team to ensure order accuracy.
• Participate in line clearance activities following each production item.
• Assist in finishing operations, including quality sorting and flat packing.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area in line with plant standards and safety expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
