DO Payroll Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable Packer to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking, wrapping, and packing items for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and preparing orders for daily dispatch.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), and fluency in English and/or Spanish. We value reliability, teamwork, integrity, independence, attention to detail, and self-motivation. This is a full-time, day-shift position with overtime.

Job Summary

The Packer is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse, such as picking and wrapping the material to protect it from damage and packaging it for shipment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

• Storage of daily packages.
• Receive the cargo and process the information in accordance with company policies.
• Collect and wrap the material.
• Place in boxes for shipping.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
• Engaging in physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and movement of the entire body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, bending, and handling materials.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• English and Spanish are preferred, but you can speak one of the two languages only.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly rate range $13 to $14 based on qualifications.

• 8 hours shift.
• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
