DAY SHIFT – 7am – 7pm / Rolling Schedule - 2 DAYS ON and 2 DAYS OFF.

Starting Hourly Rate is $21!!

MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team in Millersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, day shift opportunity starting at 7am - 7pm with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is $20 per hour for day shift. You must have at least one year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly, and/or Manufacturing. Responsibilities

The Production Assembly Worker is responsible for various functions within their specific department. Some key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring commitments related to On-Time Delivery, Damage reduction, Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping are met and improved upon.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Work in the warehouse requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, hand dexterity, and strength. May require frequently lifting up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with typical environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• One year of similar work experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse roles.
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic math, including fractions, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
