Job summary

TreeHouse Foods Hanover, PA is seeking a Packer on the D shift to support production and drive improvements across the plant. You will grab bags, operate the case labeler, stack boxes, and keep the area clean while adhering to safety and quality standards.

This full-time role offers a rotating 12-hour schedule from 7 pm to 7 am, competitive hourly pay of $22.04 with shift differential, and eligibility for our benefits and wellness programs.

• Able to follow processes and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Grab Pretzel bags from packing table and place in box.
• Seal the box and route through the case labeler.
• Stack boxes and maintain orderly area.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on D shift, which operates from 7:00p to 7:00p rotating shift:

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm to 7am.

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 7am.

the Hourly rate is $22.04 /hr shift differential included

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
