Join Our Team as a Packer and Unpacker – Dental Laboratory

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer and Unpacker of Cases with scanning responsibilities to join Pan-Am Dental Laboratory. This role involves packing and unpacking dental cases for safe shipment and receipt, as well as scanning cases and materials for inventory tracking and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packing: Securely pack dental cases, following specific instructions to protect against damage and meet shipping requirements.
2. Unpacking: Efficiently unpack received cases, check for accuracy, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies.
3. Scanning and Inventory Management: Scan items into the inventory system to track movement and maintain organized records.
4. Labeling: Ensure accurate labeling of packages and materials, updating labels as necessary.
5. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing items, reporting any issues.
6. Shipping Preparation: Assist in preparing cases for shipping, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
7. Organization and Documentation: Maintain an organized workspace and keep accurate shipment and inventory records.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and address inventory concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, unpacking, or warehouse operations preferred; dental or medical device experience a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with scanning technology.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
