Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Packer at the Hanover, PA location to support the production packaging team. You will perform tasks like grabbing bags, taping boxes, and feeding the case labeler while maintaining a clean work area.

The 8-hour and 12-hour rotating shifts offer pay rates from $20.79 to $22.04 per hour, with occasional Saturdays. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, preferably food manufacturing.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

About the Role:

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details:

• 8-Hour Shifts
  • 1st Shift - Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with occasional Saturdays. Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
  • 2nd Shift - Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with occasional Saturdays. Pay Rate: $21.29/hour (includes shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift - Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with occasional Saturdays. Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
  • Rotating Schedule: 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on
    • Crew A - Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
      • Week 1: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
      • Week 2: Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • Crew B - Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
      • Week 1: Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
      • Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • Crew C - Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
      • Week 1: Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
      • Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    • Crew D - Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
      • Week 1: Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
      • Week 2: Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
