Job summary

American Regent in Shirley, NY, is seeking a packaging associate to perform varied packaging tasks in a cGMP environment and ensure quality standards. You will follow approved SOPs, maintain clean work areas, and communicate with supervisors as required.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to read, write, count, and stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work overtime as needed. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Utilize current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in conjunction with approved departmental SOPs to produce high quality products.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Ability to read fine print. Able to stand for extended periods.

Physical Environment and Requirements

Specific vision requirements include 20/40 near vision (can be corrected with eyeglasses or contacts) and color vision.

Ability to lift 10 pounds repeatedly (5-6 hours).

Ability to lift 11-25 pounds occasionally (1-2 hours).

Compensation

Expected hourly rate: $19.27
