Job summary

AAF International in Fayetteville, AR, seeks a production associate to set up equipment, load media, and inspect finished products in a fast-paced packing line.

You will record daily quality data, follow procedures, and adapt to various tasks while maintaining safety and accuracy; additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment according to media size specifications.
• Media is transported to selector/packer by means of conveyor belt.
• Inspect per Quality Assurance Inspection Manual.
• Record findings on form FP-1020 Daily Quality Assurance Report.
• Nonconforming material is processed per appropriate Standard or Continuous Process Nonconformance procedure.
• Load conforming media into the loader chamber according to loading pattern and counts in the product specification.
• Slip carton over the spout and clamp into place.
• When chamber is filled with the correct amount of pads the selector/packer engages the load button, which causes the pads to be compressed and pushed into the carton.
• If bag/box audit is performed after media is packaged and if there are no audit findings, repackage conforming media by repeating procedure from #6.
• Product is packaged and labeled according to product specification.
• Record packaged media on form FP-1097 (Daily Production Count).
• Place packaged media carton in staging area for transport to warehouse.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

   • Setup and hook box clamps and staple guns to air lines
2. Media is transported to selector/packer by means of conveyor belt.
