The Packer position is responsible for keeping the production lines running smoothly and ensuring all products are packaged to the required specifications. The role includes rotating through packaging tasks, sealing, boxing, palletizing, and moving materials with pallet jacks.

The Packer is responsible for maintaining the production lines running efficiently and ensuring all product is packaged by the specifications and guidelines. The Packer will have job rotations within their shift that may include manual packaging, sealing product, organizing product into boxes, and putting product on pallets, and operating pallet jacks to move/transport finished product or raw materials to other locations. The Packer will also perform visual product inspections and report any issues. The Packer must be knowledgeable of all product specifications and be familiar with production reports. The Packer will always prioritize safety and general manufacturing practices. The packer will access product specifications via the company’s ERP system and will be required to enter data into the system.
