Job summary

Kleen Test Products is hiring for a Packer to ensure finished products meet quality standards and are ready for shipment. You will perform packing, stacking and palletizing, while coordinating with the production team to maintain smooth workflow.

The role involves assisting with training temporary staff, keeping a clean work area, and adhering to safety and quality procedures in a dynamic manufacturing setting with multiple production shifts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging duties including packing, stacking, and palletizing finished goods.
• Supply packaging materials to the production line in coordination with operators and material handlers.
• Assist with training and guiding temporary employees on packing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all sanitation requirements.
• Support waste removal efforts across the production line.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong attendance and reliability.
