Hiring Packers in Canandaigua, NY

We are looking to train Packers into Machine Operators immediately. If interested, mention this opportunity when speaking to a recruiter.

- 1st shift, 7:30am-4pm, Pay Rate: $17.82

- 2nd shift, 3:30pm – 12am, Pay Rate: $18.57

- 3rd shift, 11:30pm – 8am, Pay Rate: $19.07

- Saturday, Sunday, Monday, work 3 – 12 hour shifts and get paid for 40 hours! 7:30pm-7:30am, Pay Rate: $18.61

*Hours: 7:30am – 7:30pm or 7:30pm – 7:30am available

Working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for 12 hours each will pay for 40 hours, giving you 4 hours free!

Growth opportunities include becoming a Certified Trainer, Machine Operator, LTO Driver, and more within the first 3 months of employment.

Packer Job Duties:

• Packing products
• Ensuring quality
• Stacking cases on pallets
• Operating pallet jacks
• Performing other duties as required

Machine Operator Duties:

Operators handle routine packing and equipment operation safely and effectively, including identifying and correcting quality issues, performing basic maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting, and assisting co-workers. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months in an Operator position
• Team player with good communication and cooperation skills
• Proactive in addressing process interruptions and downtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements
